The Brooklyn Circus Varsity Jacket
Even though The Brooklyn Circus isn’t new to the varsity jacket game, as it’s been an established product in their range from the get go, it seems as it’s on a real comeback lately with other labels also adding it to their lines.
The BKc brings us two colourways, an all black and a black with off white sleeves with orange detailing. Both jackets are comprised of thick wool and leather materials making it really useful for the winter weather. These notable pieces will be part of the BKc holiday collection which will be dropping soon, so if your within the vicinity of both there New York and San Francisco store (details below) be sure to check them out (and if you want… you could even get me one… any one will do… I’m not that fussy).
Also to mention, as of this week till December 31st The BKc will be stocking both their stores with notable products such as The BKc holiday collection, The Brooklyn Circus varsity jackets, 3sixteen, Sebago, Wolverine Thousand miles boots, BKc custom boots, Tanner goods, Men’s vintage, BKc bow ties & more.

Nike Sportswear Fall/Winter ‘09
Since it’s emergence onto the scene in 2008, Nike Sportwear have ultimately stepped up their game a lot in terms of fashion. You can strut down the street rockin’ your Nike garms without thinking twice about it, not only that but you’ll get a lot of heads turning with this latest collection.
Usually notable for their vast array of sneakers, Nike’s now boast higher-quality materials and construction in their apparel range, making them contenders for the best of the streetwear out there.
Below Stylenerds have picked out their best bits from the Fall/Winter ‘09 Collection, which include Sweaters, Varsity Jackets (where i will be buying every single one… well some of them… OK, probably just the one), Gilet’s & Rain Coats (especially the new M-65… wow!).

Carhartt Exec Shirt Jacket – The Perfect Spring Combo

Carhartt Exec Shirt Jacket
Is it a shirt? Is it a jacket? The answer, of course, is a resounding ‘yes’ to to both – this innovative piece by Carhartt isn’t exactly ground-breaking but takes cues from last year’s flannel-shirt-boom to create a fantastically practical piece that everyone should be vying for this spring.
Label Lover: Ermenegildo Zegna Mainline & Sport – Spring Summer 2009

Zegna 08/09
Zegna with its legacy coming close to a century old, is without doubt, one of the best fashion houses for producing fine clothing and formalwear for men. A little known fact is that they actually produce suits for other large labels including Gucci, Yves Saint Lauren and Tom Ford (all of which have a common-denominator in Tom, being heavily involved with each brand at some point in recent years) so that really does speak for itself in terms of the brand’s recognition amongst its peers.
Moses likes… Supreme X Visvim
Expect no drawbacks here… This is quality clothing at its very, very best!
Label Lover: Brooks Brothers – Black Fleece
With an aim to bring their brand up-to-date, Brooks Brothers enlisted the help of Thom Brown - recently named GQ’s Designer of The Year (US) 2008 – to design their Black Fleece range, which has become hugely successful in diversifying and refreshing an aging label. Although it’s technically been around since 2007, the ‘new designer’ range from Brooks Brothers hasn’t moved on to a new designer since its inception and looks to continue that trend after the collaboration was extended in July for another three years.
Ed Hardy ‘Alive’ Pop Art Jacket
Normally, I am not a huge fan of Ed Hardy due to the excessive Evisu-esque branding that is associated with the brand, but for this piece I will make an exception as it is both gorgeous and on sale!
